Inspired by landscape architect, Carl Theodor Sorensen's ideas for children's play areas, this block set reflects the sun-filled locations that would be open for all kinds of exploration through building with found and discarded objects. Children can dig in the mud, build with old bricks and create playground pieces for swinging. He called these spaces "skrammellegepladser", or junk playgrounds.
This block set was designed with a few extra holes and some found objects that can be mixed into the set for building with. |
